• Driver authority. Use the external authority reference on each driver to check eligibility against the organization that governs it.
• Fleet register. Compare the vehicle’s external fleet ID, readiness and defect status with the fleet system used by Fleet Manager.
• Warehouse. Connect outbound release and custody information where the warehouse owns preparation and inventory.
• Customer messaging. Decide which delivery events trigger a notification and which service sends it; keep the recipient record and delivery proof available for review.
• Transport partner operations. Agree how the partner receives assignment and appointment changes and how their acknowledgements are retained.

Name the owner and source of truth for every exchanged item. Use the load and operation key when matching a returned acknowledgement to the intended action. If an operation receipt is Failed or needs review, inspect linked effects and the authoritative source before attempting a correction. Reconcile dates using the organization’s time zone and retain the original promised delivery time when a plan changes.
