How the model is organised

5S Audits

Audits defines scope, dates and auditor. Five S audit checks links category scoring to an audit. Audit findings links the requirement, severity and response owner to that same audit.

Kaizen Improvement

Kaizen proposals retains Area, Problem, proposed change, Status and Owner. The owner points to People.

Inspections

Inspections defines the subject and assigned person; inspection checks carries the linked requirements, observations and results.

Nonconformance Control

Nonconformances points to the originating Inspection and records the failure's detection date, severity and state.

Corrective Action Review

Corrective actions connects each response and owner to a Nonconformance. Corrective action reviews preserves the decision, evidence and reviewer with operation key and input hash for repeat-operation handling.

Document Control

Controlled documents retains the document version, attachment and status. Training acknowledgments joins Document and Person with acknowledged at.

Identity

People links a named person to Users through User. The published model includes the Users.User self-reference; preserve it when mapping existing identities.

Keys and references

Use the actual record identity for every reference. Audit number and inspection number help people identify work, while their links must resolve to the intended records. Confirm People.User before enabling personal views or authenticated commands. A display name alone does not establish which person is signed in.

Keep corrective review operations distinguishable by operation key and input hash. Preserve the original accepted or rejected decision when handling retries. Retain document identities that historical acknowledgments reference, and agree how a replacement version is introduced before importing document history.

Migration order

  1. Resolve Users and People identities, including active people and account mappings.
  2. Load Audits, Inspections and controlled documents with the intended source identities.
  3. Load five S audit checks, audit findings and inspection checks against their correct parent records.
  4. Load kaizen proposals and Nonconformances with their owner or inspection references.
  5. Load corrective actions, then preserve authorized corrective action reviews history without replaying decisions as new work.
  6. Load training acknowledgments against the exact document and person, then rehearse personal access and linked closure behavior.
