Keys and references
The enrollment number is the human case identifier. Its course, owner, and organization references establish the operational context. Progress lines and documents retain a source enrollment reference. A review decision identifies its source revision and reviewer. Runs and steps retain operation keys and receipt references for tracing delivery.
Migration order
- Load Organizations, then Courses and Employees with their organization references.
- Review source mappings and import Enrollments with valid course and owner references.
- Add enrollment progress and evidence documents for each enrollment.
- Bring over review decisions, follow up actions, and state history with source revisions intact.
- Reconcile operation runs, operation steps, and execution attempts to their source enrollments.
- Configure Users and check role access against imported organization scope.
