Who it's for

Policy-driven course programs

For a course program governed by internal policy, the course's policy reference and effective dates help staff find the rules applied to an assignment. Progress lines and documents then give a reviewer the material to inspect. The final decision records a reviewer, reason, source revision, and evidence reference.

How Learning Management System is set up for you

Effective policy

Confirm the course code and dates when a learner is assigned.

Source evidence

Keep a reference for each observed requirement and each supporting document.

Reviewer decision

Record Approved, Returned, or Rejected against the revision examined.

Exception follow-up

Assign missing or corrected evidence to a named employee with a due date.

For a course program governed by internal policy, the course's policy reference and effective dates help staff find the rules applied to an assignment. Progress lines and documents then give a reviewer the material to inspect. The final decision records a reviewer, reason, source revision, and evidence reference.

Choose a course with a documented completion rule and gather examples of accepted and returned evidence. Enter its policy reference, effective period, and organization. Create a learner enrollment with several progress outcomes, including one that remains Pending. Ask the reviewer to explain why the pending line matters before recording a decision.

Rehearse a corrected document after a Returned decision. The operator should resolve the follow-up action and present the changed revision for another independent review. If the organization sends a completion outcome elsewhere, agree what acknowledgement supplies the delivery reference and how an uncertain result is investigated. The final case should lead from policy and progress to decision and recorded delivery.

Keep the course policy reference alongside the case when the team reviews an old decision. Staff should be able to identify the rule used at the assignment date.
