Multi-organization learning
A shared learning operation may administer courses for more than one organization. Course definitions, employees, and enrollments each carry an organization reference. The team can use that relationship to check that the assignment belongs to the right group before progress is submitted and reviewed.
How Learning Management System is set up for you
Course identity
Use the course code and owning organization when titles are similar across groups.
Learner identity
Check the employee code, team, and organization before assigning work.
Case scope
Keep the enrollment's organization explicit for preparation and review.
Review evidence
A reviewer can trace the decision to a specific case revision and supporting documents.
A shared learning operation may administer courses for more than one organization. Course definitions, employees, and enrollments each carry an organization reference. The team can use that relationship to check that the assignment belongs to the right group before progress is submitted and reviewed.
Start with one course and one reviewer group for each participating organization. Load the organizations first, then courses and employees, then current enrollments. Rehearse a course with a similar title in two organizations and ask the operator to assign the correct one. The reviewer should see the enrollment's course and organization before deciding.
Agree which staff may see records across organizations and test that boundary with separate accounts. Choose a consistent source reference for imported progress and evidence so a support question can be traced to its originating system. When an organization retires a course, preserve the course reference on existing enrollments while the administrator manages future assignments.
During the pilot, ask an operator from each organization to open the same sample cases. Compare what each account can read and change before adding further organizations.

- Learning Management Administrator
- Maintains approved configuration: record entry on Courses, read-only on all operational, review and provenance tables, and access to all four portal pages. No schema editing, deletion, bulk operations or export grants.
