Enrollment to delivery

An enrollment starts with an employee owner, course, organization, and assigned date. Its progress and evidence support a later independent decision. Delivery has its own result and operation trail so staff can answer what was approved and what occurred afterward.

Step by step

The Learning Management Operator checks the course code and learner's organization before creating the enrollment in Draft.

The operator enters requirement lines and source references as work is observed.

    • Updates Enrollment progress, Evidence documents
  3. Submit enrollment Learning Management Operator

The operator checks the case, then moves it from Draft to Submitted for validation.

    • Updates Enrollments, State history
  4. Verify evidence Validation workflow

The validation workflow checks progress and documents, freezes the revision, and routes a verified case to the Learning Management Reviewer.

Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • A course title looks right but its code or organization points to another offering.
  • A progress count looks complete while an individual line remains Pending or Rejected.
  • The decision relates to an earlier revision than the material being delivered.
  • A failed or uncertain operation is repeated before the prior external outcome is checked.
