How the model is organised

Entities and people

Organizations provide legal entity context; Lessors and business partners identify counterparties; team members and Users hold people and access details.

Payables and receivables

Lease invoices and lease invoice lines hold lessor charges. Lease billings and lease billing lines hold partner charges.

Cash and accounting

Lease payments link to source invoices or billings. Journal entries and journal lines use ledger accounts and accounting periods.

Evidence

Review decisions hold decisions, operation receipts hold action results, and record attachments hold files linked to business records.

Keys and references

Each charge line points to its parent invoice or billing and a ledger account. A payment may point to a lease invoice or lease billing and its counterparty. A journal line points to an entry and ledger account. Invoices and journal entries carry accounting period or organization context where their fields provide it. Review decisions link to invoices, billings or payments; attachments use parent table name and parent record ID so the team must select the right source record.

Migration order

  1. Load Organizations, Users and team members, then confirm legal entity and reviewer details.
  2. Load ledger accounts and accounting periods before coded transaction lines and journal entries.
  3. Load Lessors and business partners with contacts and payment terms.
  4. Load lease invoices and lease billings, then their lines and supporting record attachments.
  5. Load lease payments with source links, followed by journal entries and journal lines.
  6. Review historical review decisions and operation receipts against their referenced transactions before use.
