Click Get started to open Lease Finance Operations and work with Proto on the first operating setup. Identify the finance owner, the Controller who decides invoice approvals and the Treasury Analyst who handles payment release. Start with one legal entity so the team can inspect each handoff closely.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring an active lessor, a business partner, the relevant ledger accounts and an open accounting period. Choose a recent lessor invoice with its source document and a partner billing case. Agree who enters the charge lines, who checks the total, who approves the lessor invoice and who follows each payment. Set the attachment and reference rules before entering live work.
Review before release
Rehearse a lessor invoice from Draft through Pending Approval and Approved. Inspect the review decision and action receipt. Link a scheduled outbound payment, release it and test bank reconciliation. Send a draft partner billing and check its receipt. Review a partial collection, an overdue balance and a draft journal entry. Give each unresolved exception a named owner before expanding the scope.
