How the model is organised

Organization and access

Organizations own Accounts and team members; Users identify the authenticated people behind membership.

Engagement work

Opportunities link organization, counterparty and owner. Relationship activities keep the contact history.

Clearance and evidence

Conflict checks, record attachments and review decisions attach to the opportunity.

Operational results

Operation receipts preserve the result of guarded actions against the same parent opportunity.

Keys and references

An opportunity has a record number, a current Revision, an Organization, an Owner and a Counterparty. Conflict checks point to Opportunities through Parent and carry their own Revision. Review decisions use Parent and source revision to identify the version considered. Operation receipts use Parent, operation key and expected revision to identify an attempted action. Record attachments and relationship activities also use Parent to keep evidence with its opportunity. Team members link to both Organizations and Users.

Migration order

  1. Organizations. Establish operating entities, codes, time zones and currency.
  2. Users and team members. Match authenticated people to their organization and role.
  3. Accounts. Add eligible counterparties under the correct organization.
  4. Opportunities. Import subjects, owners, counterparties, planning values and current status.
  5. Activities and evidence. Attach relationship history, conflict checks and supporting files to the correct opportunity.
  6. Decisions and receipts. Preserve source revisions, reviewer reasons and operation keys after their parents exist.
