How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Legal Services CRM for your business. Start with one organization, a small owner group and a real prospective engagement to rehearse qualification, conflict review and the final outcome.

Who owns an opportunity?

A Relationship Owner is assigned through the opportunity’s Owner reference to a Team Member. The owner records relationship work and prepares the evidence needed for review.

How does conflict review work?

The owner submits a check linked to the opportunity. A Sales Manager considers the submitted revision and records a reasoned independent decision before clearance is completed.

What can a reviewer see?

The reviewer can follow the opportunity to its conflict check, relationship activities, attachments and prior review decisions within their authorized organization.

Can an approval cover a later edit?

Review decisions identify a source revision. After the engagement changes, the manager reviews the current version before authorizing a later action.

Where are calls and meetings recorded?

Relationship activities keep calls, meetings, emails and tasks against the opportunity, with dates and outcomes for qualification and negotiation review.

What happens when an operation needs review?

The Sales Manager compares its receipt and expected revision with the linked opportunity, then records the reason it is complete or still needs review.

How is a lost opportunity handled?

The owner records Lost with a loss reason after the eligible review. Earlier activity and expected value remain with the opportunity.

Does a won outcome create a bill?

The CRM records the accepted engagement and won date. Billing is a separate connection to plan during implementation.
