How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Lending Platform for your business. Start with one organization, a borrower, a Credit Officer and an Independent Credit Approver. Rehearse a reviewed application through its provider and account evidence.
Where does an application begin?
The Credit Officer records the borrower, organization, requested amount, subject and owner on the application, then adds the material needed for underwriting.
Who makes the credit decision?
An Independent Credit Approver records an approve, reject or return decision against the submitted application revision, with a reason and decision time.
How do we track a returned case?
Keep the return decision and its reason. Prepare the revised application and review so the next decision points to the version actually examined.
How is a provider result checked?
Compare the provider instruction reference and event evidence with the application and operation receipt. Keep pending or uncertain results in follow-up until the actual effect is clear.
Where are the supporting documents?
Record attachments link files to an application with an uploader, time, evidence type and visibility choice. Application evidence records provider events separately.
What links a disbursement to a borrower?
A disbursement points to an application and a loan account. The account points to its borrower, and the application names its borrower counterparty.
How are repayments reviewed?
The team checks each provider event against its loan account and related application, then records whether it is matched, unmatched or an exception.
How do we investigate a balance difference?
Compare dated account snapshots with repayment and disbursement records for the same account. Use the provider event and snapshot identifiers to revisit the source.
What can an Auditor inspect?
The Auditor has read-only access to authorized evidence and reports in the permitted scope, including the decision and operation trail.
