How a Lending Platform rollout works

Set up lending scope and rehearse a complete application and account handoff.

  1. Identify scope

Choose the first organization, its borrower records and the Credit Officer and Independent Credit Approver who will rehearse the case.

  2. Prepare records

Check borrower codes, team membership, application ownership and the evidence that accompanies a credit request.

  3. Rehearse decisions

Return one submitted case for correction, then approve a revised case with a separate reviewer and recorded reason.

  4. Check provider handoff

Trace the authorized application through provider reference, operation receipt, account and disbursement evidence.

  5. Review servicing

Match a provider repayment, inspect an exception and compare dated account snapshots.

What the customer provides

Provide the intended organization structure, borrower identifiers, lending decision responsibilities and representative application evidence. Identify the provider system, its account and event identifiers, and the people who verify its responses. Choose examples with both a normal outcome and an uncertain one so the team can test the exception path.

Changing it afterwards

When a decision policy or provider connection changes, rehearse a new application revision and an existing account case. Keep earlier decisions, receipts and provider references in place. Review role access and source ownership before expanding to another organization or currency.
