Who it's for

Multi-organization lending teams

A lending group working across organizations needs to keep the party, team member and application in the intended scope. Organizations carries each unit's code, active state, time zone and currency. Borrowers and team members refer to their organization, while each application names its organization, owner and borrower counterparty. These links help the credit team check a request before an independent decision.

Start with one organization and confirm its borrower codes and team membership. Add another organization only after the team can distinguish parties with similar names and can inspect an application without mixing records. Rehearse a case in which the wrong borrower organization was initially selected. Correct the scope before credit review and confirm that the account, when recorded, still points to the intended borrower.

Agree how organization currency and account currency are checked during provider handoff. Choose a clear owner for source account identifiers and balance snapshots. When a provider response is uncertain, use the operation receipt and application evidence to investigate the actual effect. A central overview can help the team find exceptions, but the decision and account references remain on the underlying records.

Have an Auditor compare the two organizations from a permitted account. The reviewer should identify the borrower, owner and organization on each application before making a decision.
