Keys and references
Loan requests.Number is the human request identifier. Its Id connects requirements, documents, decisions, status history, processing and follow ups. The request’s Revision and each decision’s source revision identify which evidence was reviewed. A processing runs record connects its ordered processing steps through the processing run reference; processing attempts links directly to the request. Branch and material references keep the requested item in its owning location.
Migration order
- Load library branches and People, then library materials and any reviewed catalog mappings.
- Load loan requests with branch, material and owner references.
- Attach loan requirements and supporting documents to each request.
- Load loan decisions and loan status history with their people and request links.
- Bring in processing runs, processing steps, processing attempts and patron follow ups where the original references can be retained.
