Choose one branch and an active material with a policy reference. Create a request with a number, owner and submitted date. Add a requirement line and a supporting document, then have the reviewer examine the verified source revision. Include one returned decision so the team can practice a correction and assigned follow up.
Review before release
Read the request status history, decision reason and processing references together. Confirm the person who prepared the request did not make its independent decision. Check that any delivery reference matches the intended request and that uncertain outcomes have an owner. Use the implementation plan to complete the rehearsal.
