Policies use Organization, Owner and Counterparty references. Coverage lines, review decisions, attachments, maturity reviews and operation receipts use Parent to point back to a policy. Claims, premium receipts and endorsements use Policy. Claim payments reference both their Claim and Decision. Provider event ID distinguishes payment provider events. Operation key identifies a guarded action and expected revision records the version it expected.
