How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Life Insurance Management for your business. Pilot one insurer organization, a reviewed policy, a verified premium receipt and a benefit case.

Who prepares a policy?

Insurance Coordinator prepares assigned policies, coverage lines and supporting attachments. Authorized Underwriter reviews the eligible revision independently.

What happens when a policy is issued?

The issuance action moves an under review policy to Issued, records the carrier policy ID and issue time, and leaves an operation receipt.

How are premiums traced?

A premium receipt links the amount, date, provider event ID and verification state to its policy.

How is a reported claim assessed?

The assessment action moves an eligible Reported claim to Assessment or records a reasoned refusal. The benefit decision remains a separate record.

What supports claim settlement?

An approved claim decision and verified provider payment support the settlement action. The payment links to both the claim and decision.

How do maturity reviews advance?

The coordinator prepares a Draft review with benefit evidence. The authorization action submits the expected revision and records a receipt; a stale revision leaves a failed receipt.

Who reviews operation exceptions?

Authorized Underwriter compares a pending or needs-review receipt with the persisted effects before completion. Auditor can read the trail.

Can I correct an issued policy?

An executed change follows the reviewed endorsement route, with its reason, approval and carrier receipt retained.

Where does my team see current work?

Operations Overview shows issued policies, open claims, pending decisions and failed operations. Saved policy, maturity, operation and claim screens provide the case detail.
