Click Get started to begin setup with Proto. Identify the insurer organization and the people who will prepare policies, make independent decisions, administer membership and inspect audit evidence.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose an active policyholder and a Draft policy with coverage terms, premium and effective date. Have the coordinator prepare it and the underwriter review the current revision. Select a real carrier reference and a provider premium event for the issuance and receipt rehearsal. Add a reported claim and a Draft maturity benefit review to exercise the benefit paths.
Review before release
Check that each user can see and change only the records their role needs. Confirm the issued policy’s carrier ID and operation receipt, the premium provider event, a claim decision and verified payment, and the current maturity revision. Reconcile an uncertain operation against its persisted effect before treating it as complete. Use the implementation plan to sequence the first operating cycle.
