How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Litigation Management for your business. Pilot one active matter with a conflict decision, upcoming court deadline, submitted revision and filing receipt.

Who owns a matter?

A named team member is linked as the matter owner. The coordinator maintains the case record, while the supervising attorney makes review decisions.

How is a conflict check recorded?

The review records its matter, reviewer, date, decision and evidence. Counsel can distinguish a clearance from a request for more information.

Where do court dates go?

A court deadline holds the matter, court, due date, status and filing reference. Matter deadlines can record other dated obligations with their owner and completion receipt.

How does an attorney review a filing?

The coordinator submits a deadline revision. The attorney checks the court calendar and actual filing receipt, then records a decision on that source revision.

What explains a completed filing?

The court deadline, filing reference, attorney decision and operation receipt give reviewers the context for the completed record.

Can we see failed actions?

Yes. Operation receipts retain failed and review-needed results with the action, expected revision and failure reason.

How are document versions distinguished?

A legal document carries a revision and content hash. A production links the document to a recipient, authorization reference and production hash.

Where is activity kept?

Matter events hold dated hearings, filings, reviews, decisions and communications under the case. Matter deadlines keep the due and completion dates of obligations.
