How a Litigation Management rollout works
Set up a matter, rehearse attorney review and check the evidence trail.
Establish access
Add the organization, users and team members who own preparation, review and audit.
Bring in a matter
Enter a real case with its parties, jurisdiction, engagement reference and conflict decision.
Prepare deadlines and documents
Add an upcoming court date, a matter event and a document revision.
Rehearse review
Submit a deadline revision and ask the supervising attorney to compare it with the court calendar and filing receipt.
Inspect results
Check the attorney decision, operation receipt and any failure reason before broadening use.
What the customer provides
Provide a case record, the responsible organization and team members, the conflict-review evidence, a court calendar source and an actual filing receipt. Bring one document with a known revision and one authorized production example. Agree who can change a submitted deadline and who investigates an uncertain operation result. Review the roles before assigning access.
Changing it afterwards
A changed due date or filing reference calls for a new review of the changed revision. Keep earlier decisions and receipts connected to the case rather than replacing their history. Add more matters once the coordinator, attorney and auditor can each explain the first case from its records. Get started with that pilot.
