Keys and references
The parent event is the common reference for Admissions, payment evidence, review decisions, operation receipts, record attachments and stream sessions. Events also references its Organization, Owner in team members and Counterparty in Venues. A Team Member connects a User to an Organization. Keep these references intact when importing records so a review decision and payment event stay with the program they concern.
Migration order
- Create Organizations and Users, then team members with the correct organization membership.
- Load Venues under their organizations and verify active state and contact details.
- Create Events with the right owner, counterparty, schedule and capacity.
- Load Admissions and stream sessions under their parent events.
- Load payment evidence, record attachments, review decisions and operation receipts with their parent event references and original provider or operation keys.
- Reconcile links and status values before the team starts a new operating cycle.
