A conference team may run several scheduled sessions across venues. Each Events record carries its own schedule, capacity, owner and venue. Stream Sessions hold participant registration states under the parent event, keeping the registration state under the event being reviewed.

Program planning
Event Manager assigns an owner and a venue to every scheduled program. The venue contact and eligibility note help the team prepare the right location.
Participant review
Registration Coordinator submits participant records for review. Event Reviewer approves or rejects the submitted registration after checking its revision and parent event.
Day-of operation
Admissions Coordinator uses the event's admission lines to track reserved and admitted quantity. Finance Reviewer examines payment evidence where the admission is paid.

Choose one conference day and a small set of panels. Give each panel a distinct Events record and verify that registration and admission lines point to the correct parent. Rehearse a participant accepted for one panel and rejected for another. Review capacity before opening each program and keep the review decision separate from actual arrival.
If a venue changes after a panel was approved, present the revised event to the reviewer again. A participant's earlier decision should remain explainable, while the new schedule and venue decision are handled on the current event record. At closeout, compare admission counts with capacity and provider evidence for each panel.
