Step by step

1. Prepare event Event Manager

   Event Manager collects the schedule, venue and any relevant attachment for the event. The record revision identifies the case to be reviewed.

2. Review event Event Reviewer

   Event Reviewer decides on that revision with a reason and recorded time. A returned case goes back to the owner for correction before another decision.

   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

3. Review registrations Event Reviewer

   Event Reviewer examines submitted participant registration scope against the parent event. Keep the decision distinct from check-in and completion.

   • Decide registration scope

   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Close and reconcile Finance Reviewer

   Finance Reviewer inspects operation receipts and payment evidence when a result is uncertain. Completed means the expected local and provider effects agree.

   • Resolve the observed result
   • Updates Operation receipts, Payment evidence
