How the model is organised

Parties and access

Organizations connect to borrowers and team members; borrowers own loan accounts.

Origination

Loan applications link to an organization, owner, borrower, attachments and application evidence.

Credit and execution

Review decisions and operation receipts retain the revision, actor, action and result for a parent application.

Account servicing

Disbursements, repayment schedules and repayments link to loan accounts, with application links where recorded.

Adjustments

Servicing reviews connect to a parent application and organization.

Keys and references

Use the application record number for case discussion and its Id for stable links. The borrower Code and account account code help the team find a party, while external account ID maps the account to a provider. Provider instruction ID, provider event ID and provider snapshot ID describe different stages of provider activity; keep each with its own record. Review decisions.source revision and operation receipts.expected revision tie a decision or operation to the version it concerned. The parent links retain history if a later revision changes the case.

Migration order

  1. Import Organizations and Users, then team members with their organization and user links.
  2. Import Borrowers and loan accounts, checking owner, currency and provider IDs.
  3. Bring in loan applications with organization, owner and counterparty; keep existing record numbers and revisions.
  4. Add record attachments, application evidence, review decisions and operation receipts to their original parent applications.
  5. Add Disbursements, repayment schedules and Repayments to the appropriate accounts and applications.
  6. Add servicing reviews, check the read-only exchange rates, then reconcile dates, currencies and references against provider records.
