How a Loan Management System rollout works

Set up parties, decision authority and provider evidence before broad use.

  1. Establish scope

Add organizations, team members, borrowers and provider-linked accounts. Agree codes, currencies, time zones and ownership.

  2. Prepare a pilot case

Enter a request with principal, owner and borrower. Add an attachment and application evidence that the reviewer can inspect.

  3. Rehearse decisions

Have a separate Independent Credit Approver approve, reject and return current revisions. Test a self-approval and a stale revision.

  4. Connect provider events

Map instructions, account IDs, disbursement evidence, schedule snapshots and repayments. Hold confirmation until the effect is verified.

  5. Test servicing exceptions

Compare matching and mismatching repayments; review an adjustment and check a receipt against persisted effects.

  6. Release a controlled cycle

Let the team run the agreed pilot scope, inspect the Operations Overview and investigate open receipts before adding more borrowers.

What the customer provides

Provide organization and borrower identities, named officers and independent approvers, existing account IDs, the provider’s event and schedule formats, and sample cases with expected outcomes. Decide who verifies provider evidence, who investigates exceptions and how internal attachments are shared. Supply a test case whose amount or confirmed receipt date differs so the matching rule is exercised.

Changing it afterwards

When the provider format or approval responsibilities change, rehearse the same case path before using the new setup. Keep older decisions, evidence and source IDs attached to their original application and revision. A correction to a confirmed case must preserve the earlier provider effect and show what changed. Use get started to prepare the first cycle.
