Evidence Reconciliation

Compare guarded action receipts with the opportunity changes they claim.

Step by step

  1. Locate the action Sales Manager

The Sales Manager finds the operation receipt by its parent opportunity and operation key. The action, occurrence date and expected revision identify what was attempted.

    • Identifies the action and expected version
    • Updates Operation receipts, Opportunities
  2. Gather local evidence Sales Manager

The manager reads the opportunity, relationship activity, attachment and review decision related to the action. A reference to an external effect is useful only when it points to an observed result.

    • Brings the supporting records into the check
    • Updates Relationship activities, Record attachments, Review decisions
  3. Compare revision and effect Sales Manager

The manager checks whether the declared revision and local effect match. A receipt remains Pending while confirmation is outstanding; a genuine match can become Completed.

    • Separates confirmed local effects from pending ones
    • Updates Operation receipts, Opportunities
  4. Review discrepancy Sales Manager

A mismatch moves to needs review with a failure reason. A failed action remains Failed. The manager resolves the discrepancy against the same operation key, so a retry is distinguishable from a new request.

    • Records the mismatch and reason for follow-up
    • Updates Operation receipts, Opportunities
