2. Capture recipient proof Dispatcher

   Dispatcher records the proof reference on the stop and attaches any supporting file to the parent load with the appropriate visibility.

3. Complete delivery Dispatcher

   Dispatcher enters actual delivery time on the load and moves an in transit load to Delivered once the handoff is supported. The operation receipt records the action and expected revision.

4. Review timing Operations Analyst

   Operations Analyst compares the actual delivery time with the promised delivery time and examines earlier stops or carrier milestones when the load is late.
