Plan and review a load

Step by step

1. Register load Dispatcher

   Dispatcher enters the operating organization, owner, partner, freight amount and promised delivery time. The load begins Draft. The owner checks that the subject and load number identify the physical move.

   • Creates Draft scope and its delivery promise
   • Updates Loads, Organizations, Team members, Transport partners

2. Sequence stops Dispatcher

   Dispatcher places each destination in order with an address and window. The team checks the route against the original delivery promise and the current load revision.

   • Orders destination windows for the route
   • Updates Load stops, Loads

3. Check assignment Dispatcher

   Fleet Coordinator checks driver eligibility through the trip, vehicle equipment class and readiness. Dispatcher checks that the planned interval does not overlap another commitment before confirming the assignment.

   • Holds or confirms a feasible driver and vehicle interval
   • Updates Load assignments, Drivers, Vehicles, Vehicle defects

4. Review route Dispatcher

   Dispatcher checks the current load revision, ordered stops and feasible assignment, then approves the route and marks the load Planned. An Operations Reviewer may record an independent decision on that revision; a changed route requires a fresh planning check.

   • Dispatcher approves the checked route and plans the load; independent review may be recorded separately
   • Updates Loads, Load stops, Load assignments, Review decisions
