Keys and references
Use the load record number as the visible case reference. Parent references tie stops, checks, handoffs, decisions, attachments and receipts to the same load. Driver and vehicle are references on an assignment, while the driver named on a loading handoff is text. Operation key identifies one logical operation; expected revision and source revision distinguish the version an action or decision examined.
Migration order
- Create Organizations and Users, then team members and transport partners.
- Load Drivers and Vehicles, followed by vehicle defects.
- Create Loads with owner, organization and counterparty references.
- Add load stops and load assignments for planned movements.
- Add produce pickup checks, loading handoffs, record attachments, review decisions and operation receipts in their operating sequence.
- Load exchange rates for the currencies and effective dates in use.
