Register and plan a load

A farm collection starts with a load owned by a team member. Dispatcher selects the organization and transport partner, sets the subject and record number, and records the promised delivery time. That promise is the reference for later performance review. A change to the expected arrival should not quietly replace it.

Step by step

  1. Register load Dispatcher

Dispatcher records the operating organization, owner, partner, original delivery promise and freight amount on a Draft load.

    • Identify owner, partner, freight and promise
    • Updates Loads, Organizations, Transport partners
  2. Plan stops Dispatcher

Dispatcher orders the farm, collection and recipient stops with appointment windows; the plan-load receipt identifies the operation and the load moves from Draft to Planned.

    • Set ordered addresses and windows
    • Updates Load stops, Loads
  3. Assign equipment Dispatcher

Fleet Coordinator checks eligibility, readiness and overlapping intervals. Dispatcher confirms the Held assignment only after those checks.

    • Commit a suitable interval
    • Updates Load assignments, Drivers, Vehicles
