Review a plan and create the due request

Step by step

1. Submit the schedule Technician

   The Technician selects the asset and records the intervals, completion context, next due date and supporting evidence. The submission identifies its preparer through the signed-in account and enters Pending Review.

2. Review the revision Maintenance Reviewer

   The Maintenance Reviewer approves the eligible plan as Reviewed or records the need for correction. A successor retains its link to the earlier plan so the team can follow the reasons behind a changed interval.

3. Run the due cycle Maintenance Manager

   The daily scan checks reviewed plans due at or before its run time. It creates a Requested preventive work order for each eligible plan and uses a stable plan-and-cycle marker to recognize retries.

4. Check the generated assignment Maintenance Manager

   The Maintenance Manager reviews the new work order. The scan chooses the first active Technician by name, falling back to the first active Maintenance Manager, so the planner must confirm the assignment suits the actual job.

5. Prepare the work Maintenance Manager

   The Maintenance Manager uses the normal permit and scheduling handoff. Generated work still needs authorization before the Technician can begin maintenance.
