A policy is the central record for its assured, owner, coverage and later loss. A claim points to its policy. A claim payment points to both the claim and its decision so the paid benefit can be traced. A review decision names the policy revision considered. Operation receipts retain an operation key and expected revision for guarded actions. Provider event identifiers distinguish actual premium and payment events.
Migration order
- Import Organizations, Users, team members and Policyholders with stable identities.
- Import Policies, then their policy coverages and policy endorsements.
- Attach review decisions, record attachments, premium receipts and operation receipts to the correct policies.
- Import cargo surveys and Claims against their policies, then claim decisions and claim payments.
- Check exchange rates and reconcile references, status values and event identifiers before operating.
