Prepare the first operating cycle
Bring a known assured and one marine policy with coverage lines, effective dates and premium. Agree the review standard and how the carrier returns an issued policy identifier. Choose a representative cargo survey and claim with loss evidence. Arrange provider events for a premium receipt and a paid claim benefit so those outcomes can be checked separately.
Review before release
Run the policy through return, correction, approval and issuance. Confirm the carrier identifier and operation receipt. Submit the survey and ask the underwriter to make a claim decision. Settle only after verifying the paid event. Have an Auditor trace the case and check an exception receipt before opening the workflow to the team.
