Policy review and issuance
The Authorized Underwriter decides on the policy revision that is ready for review. A decision records the reviewer, source revision, reason and time. Approval permits the eligible issue action; it does not stand in for the carrier result. The Insurance Coordinator follows the action through its operation receipt and checks that the policy contains the carrier's identifier and issue time.
