Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose one active client, its account owner and a current engagement. Provide contract value, budget hours, dates and the delivery manager. Bring in the team members, their capacity and approved rate information. Add a submitted service entry and an approved creative deliverable with the right engagement links. Give finance an invoice reference and a matching payment outcome to reconcile.
Review before release
Ask the Engagement Manager to approve a valid service line and check the review decision and operation receipt. Try a line with missing hours or engagement and confirm the failed result remains visible. Ask Finance Manager to process a valid approved deliverable, then test one missing billing information. Mark a confirmed payment received and inspect its receipt. Compare the final engagement value and cost with the source records, review access for each role and then widen the pilot. Read the implementation plan.
