Click Get started to open Martial Arts Studio. Assign the responsible studio people and review their access before entering member information. Keep session setup and booking decisions with Property Manager, attendance and assessment capture with Front Desk Agent, and finance work with Finance Officer.
Prepare the first operating cycle
Enter a small member set, current plan terms and sessions with agreed capacities. Make a booking request for a representative class, check overlapping dates and places, then confirm only after the Property Manager has reviewed the capacity. Record attendance against that booking and attach one assessment or tournament entry where it fits the case.
Review before release
Have Operations Reviewer inspect the linked evidence and Finance Officer reconcile any service item and payment. Rehearse a cancellation, a Retry assessment and a withdrawn tournament entry. Check that each role sees the information it needs and that every related record points to the correct booking.
