Where it usually breaks

And how to keep it from happening.

  • A suggestion is marked Released before the intended purchase or work order is checked.
  • The supplier due date falls after the component need and the gap is overlooked.
  • A partly received purchase contributes its full ordered quantity.
  • The planner accepts coverage without reconciling the suggestion with actual supply.
