   Clinical Coordinator moves the encounter to review after the Licensed Clinician signs the note.

   Clinical Reviewer works with Encounters and clinical notes and Observations to examine evidence and approve completion as a human decision.

4. Complete encounter Clinical Coordinator

   Clinical Coordinator works with Encounters to record the reviewed outcome.
