Step by step

1. Reservation request Property Manager

   Property Manager records the booking party, selected resource and planned stay. The requested state keeps the booking visible for review.

2. Manager confirmation Kitchen Manager

   Kitchen Manager checks the interval, planned occupancy against resource capacity, and current request before confirming the exact reservation.

3. Check-in Property Manager

   Property Manager records the checked-in state when the guest arrives and checks that release has set the resource to occupied. Front Desk Agent follows the arrival from the updated stay.

4. Charges and payments Finance Officer

   Finance Officer reviews folio and outlet charges beside confirmed receipts. Pending receipts remain pending.

5. Checkout review Property Manager

   Property Manager and Finance Officer review the final folio, settle or acknowledge the open account, and close the stay.

6. Return to availability Property Manager

   The resource moves through cleaning. Property Manager checks the inspection before making it available.
