How do I get started?

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Micro-finance System for your business. Begin with an operating organization, active borrowers and a representative application that can move through independent review.

Who prepares a loan application?

The Credit Officer prepares the borrower, amount, owner and supporting material. The application keeps the current revision and status visible for the reviewer.

Who decides whether an application is approved?

The Independent Credit Approver records a decision, reason and source revision. The preparer and reviewer are separate people.

What happens after approval?

The team follows the provider instruction identity and waits for verified confirmation or settlement evidence before treating the application as confirmed.

How are group collections reviewed?

The Collector prepares a run against its parent application. The Independent Credit Approver reviews the submitted revision and supporting evidence before deciding.

When is a collection run complete?

Completion follows the provider authority and evidence for the run. An approval decision alone is a different point in the process.

How does the team investigate a repayment?

The Credit Officer compares the provider event identity, received amount and date with the loan account, application and dated provider position.

What can the Auditor see?

The Auditor follows authorized evidence and reports in a read-only scope, including decisions and operation receipts.

How are repeated actions handled?

An operation receipt carries a stable key and the references to its effects. Staff check those effects before treating a repeat as a new action.
