How a Micro-finance System rollout works

Prepare organization scope, review rules and provider evidence for the first lending cycle.

  1. Choose the pilot

Select an operating organization, active borrowers and the people who will prepare, review and audit applications.

  2. Set ownership

Confirm borrower codes, organization membership, application owner and collection responsibility.

  3. Agree decision rules

Define what evidence the Independent Credit Approver needs, how revisions are handled and when a request returns for correction.

  4. Connect provider outcomes

Identify the instruction, event, account and snapshot references that will enter the records.

  5. Rehearse the cycle

Test an approved application, a declined one, a collection run and a repayment exception with the responsible people.

What the customer provides

Provide current borrower and organization records, the team members who will act in each role, a sample application and supporting document, and representative provider messages. Choose who can verify an external confirmation and who investigates a repayment difference. Agree how USD lending amounts relate to the currency of a provider account. The first rehearsal should include a changed principal and a repeated provider event.

Changing it afterwards

Keep decisions attached to the revision reviewed at the time. Correct borrower and account associations through a reviewed path rather than rewriting old evidence. When a provider interface or organization membership changes, rerun the cases for reviewer independence, instruction identity and repayment matching. Read the data model alongside the roles before changing access.
