Who it's for

Multi-organization lenders

A lender working through several organizations needs each request to carry the right borrower and operating entity. Organizations have their own code, currency and time zone. Borrowers and team members each point to an organization, while applications and collection runs carry their organization directly. That makes entity scope a practical part of daily review.

How Micro-finance System is set up for you

Entity selection

The Credit Officer checks the organization's code before attaching a borrower to a new application.

Member scope

The App Administrator maintains team membership; administration does not replace an independent credit decision.

Provider identity

The team checks the external account and instruction identities before relating a movement to an entity's application.

A lender working through several organizations needs each request to carry the right borrower and operating entity. Organizations have their own code, currency and time zone. Borrowers and team members each point to an organization, while applications and collection runs carry their organization directly. That makes entity scope a practical part of daily review.

Pilot one organization and agree the borrower-code convention before adding another. Rehearse a case where two borrowers share a similar name but belong to different entities. The officer should identify the correct borrower by code and organization, and the Independent Credit Approver should see that choice in the review package. Then test a collection run attached to the same application and entity.

The operating currency and account currency may differ from the USD amounts used for requested principal and recorded movements. Agree which provider position is authoritative and how exchange-rate reference records are maintained. Check the provider's event identity and account identity before associating evidence with an application. The Auditor should be able to follow the entity, reviewer, event and account without relying on a name match.

Features to start with

Roles on the team

Independent Credit Approver
Review eligible application revisions independently and reconcile operational evidence. Approve or reject through guarded actions only; no unrestricted editing of protected or executed records; a reviewer cannot approve their own submission.
Credit Officer
Prepare assigned operational records and execute eligible reviewed actions. Own organization and draft scope only; accepted, posted and provider evidence is read-only; guarded workflows authorize every transition.
Auditor
Read authorized evidence and reports in a scoped, read-only audit view. No record writes and no action execution.
App Administrator
Maintain organization configuration and membership. Administrative membership does not confer approval, financial or execution authority and cannot grant an independent reviewer entitlement.
Collector
Prepares group collection runs and supplies collection evidence for independent review.
