How a Microfinance / SHG Management rollout works
Start with one organization, counterparty, account and verified instruction cycle.
Map the operating scope
Identify the organization, eligible counterparties, provider-held accounts and people who will prepare, decide and reconcile.
Load source records
Bring account identities and active flags into the app, then check ownership and currency against provider records.
Rehearse an instruction
Prepare an instruction with balanced debit and credit scope, attach support and submit the current revision for independent decision.
Check the provider result
Record provider references and evidence, then compare the outcome with the authorized instruction.
Reconcile exceptions
Review provider movements, dated snapshots and operation receipts using actual source identifiers.
What the customer provides
Provide the organization and account roster, counterparty eligibility information, access owners, sample instructions and provider evidence. Choose a normal case and a case with a changed revision, amount or date. The people who sign off on account authority and provider transmission should join the rehearsal.
Changing it afterwards
Treat a changed amount, account or counterparty as a new instruction revision requiring review. Keep earlier decisions and verified evidence attached to their original context. Recheck organization scope and provider mappings when adding accounts or entities. Use roles and integrations as the operating agreement.
