Keys and references
Booking references are the common path through a stay’s service and account. The unit link supports room readiness and capacity checks. The staff link in Attendance gives each task an assignee, and People.User connects that person to an account. Keep identifiers stable when importing prior stays so a charge or task cannot drift to another reservation.
Migration order
- Import Users and People, then Members and Sessions.
- Add dated membership plans and read-only exchange rates.
- Import Bookings with the correct Member and Session references.
- Attach Attendance, service visits, member plans, kit allocations and Payments to their source bookings.
- Reconcile a sample stay from reservation through charges, payment and room turnover.
