Add a cleaning or maintenance task to see who owns turnover. Include a folio item, an outlet item and a payment so finance can review the account using actual booking links. Agree who confirms requests, who posts charges and who releases a room after service. Rehearse a second booking request for an already occupied interval. The manager should inspect both parties, capacities and dates before making a promise. After the first use ends, assign service work and inspect the space before another booking is accepted.
