AI agents

Help your finance team prepare work and investigate exceptions, with access scoped to each entity.

An AI agent can support the accounting work you configure it to perform. Give it its own identity, the appropriate role and access only to the entities it supports. Verify each action against the configured application before enabling it in live workflows.

Teaching an agent

The platform skill file introduces ERP.AI’s agent interface. Your implementation must supply the application connection and confirm which records, reports and actions are available under the assigned role. Keep credentials in the approved connection, separate from the task prompt.

curl -fsSL https://www.erp.ai/skill.md

These are task prompts for the configured application, not published API endpoints or responses.

What it cannot do alone

An agent cannot approve a revaluation, authorise payment, confirm an intercompany transaction for the receiving entity or sign off a close. It cannot bypass limits, entity access or separation of duties. Preparation remains distinct from the human approval required to release or post the work. Test those restrictions during implementation and retain the agent identity in the audit trail.

Metering

External API calls, managed executions and model usage follow the pricing page. Ordinary manual work has no per-user charge; agent access does not make its executions or model usage free.
