How a Municipal Corporation ERP rollout works

Set up one service, rehearse its case decisions and expand with reviewed evidence.

  1. Choose the service

Agree the organization, public service definition, policy reference, effective dates and staff responsible for intake and review.

  2. Prepare case information

Map the source request to its citizen reference, case number, requirements and documents.

  3. Rehearse decisions

Move a representative case from Draft to Submitted and Verified, then have a separate reviewer approve or return the exact revision.

  4. Confirm delivery

Inspect the run, attempts and external receipt before entering a delivery reference and completion date.

  5. Review exceptions

Assign open follow-up actions and check case history, returned decisions and failed runs with the people who own them.

What the customer provides

Provide service names and codes, responsible organizations, policy references, staff assignments and representative case examples. Include a case with incomplete evidence and another with a delivery exception. Identify who can verify documents and who makes independent decisions. If an external request or delivery system is involved, provide its field mapping and receipt expectations.

Changing it afterwards

Review changed service definitions with their effective dates. A changed case revision should carry its own decision and keep earlier history available. Revisit mappings when source fields change. Use the data model and roles to assess effects on linked records and access.
