Admissions, review decisions, record attachments, operation receipts and payment evidence link back to Events through Parent. Review decisions also link Reviewer to team members; record attachments link uploaded by to team members. Use the event’s Revision and the review source revision to check the precise scope decided. Operation key and provider references support investigation of repeated or uncertain actions.
