• Payment provider. Bring provider event IDs, capture and refund types, amounts, verification and provider references into payment evidence. Keep the provider authoritative for money movement.
• Platform identity. Link team members to Users so event ownership and reviewer identity follow the person who acts.
• Uploaded files. Store event supporting files in record attachments with an Internal or Shared visibility choice.

Agree who checks provider verification, how original references are retained and which actor may mark an uncertain operation for review. A local request to refund or void is an action to reconcile, while verified provider evidence records the actual result. Test a repeated provider event and an uncertain response using the original operation key before opening admissions.
