   Event Owner checks the linked open event and quantity before submitting.

   • Freeze the submitted revision

2. Decide registration Independent Reviewer

   Independent Reviewer approves or rejects the submitted revision with a reason.

   • Authorize the reviewed request
   • Updates Event registrations, Review decisions
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

3. Reserve admission Admissions Lead

   Admissions Lead checks capacity and verified capture evidence before a reservation completes.

   • Hold admission capacity
   • Updates Admissions, Payment evidence, Operation receipts

4. Admit attendee Gate Staff

   Gate Staff records admission once on the reserved line.

   • Preserve the actual check-in
   • Updates Admissions, Event registrations
